Latrese has been in the insurance industry for nearly 25 years. She has spent the entirety of her career servicing clients and creating solutions. The most enjoyable part of the employee benefits industry for Latrese is the consulting side.
“I like to really listen to my clients about what their pain points and objectives are before making suggestions. It is very fulfilling to help a client create a package for their employees that they are not only proud of but can also afford. Encouraging flexibility of choice makes happy employers and employees while increasing productivity.” A large portion of her career was spent on the insurance carrier side which gives her a unique insight into what goes on behind the scenes but also makes her more passionate about working directly with the client and educating employees.
On a personal level, Latrese is a proud mom of 3 amazing kids, ages 25, 18 and 4. She loves sports…specifically gymnastics, basketball and football but doesn’t have an athletic bone in her body. Her spare time is spent simply being mom, adding things to her Amazon cart, reading and traveling. Her goal is to visit every continent.
