Dana Springer is the Managing Director at Dempsey Benefits, with more than twenty-five years of experience in Account Management and Operations. She not only appreciates helping employers with their benefit program design and structure, but also enjoys working with employees to help them better understand and utilize their benefits.
When Dana’s not working, she and her husband enjoy watching their son play ice hockey, traveling, cooking, and reading. She also may or may not admit to her constant internal battle with the television remote when trying to choose between ESPN and HGTV.
