Our Story
Dempsey Benefits was founded in 1968 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Over the years, as our business grew, we added many talented individuals to our Dempsey team – several of which are with us today. Our employees average over 25 years of industry experience. As a result, our clients valued working with Dempsey Benefits and often referred us to colleagues and friends. From our humble beginnings in 1968, we have grown to be one of Michigan’s premier employee benefit agencies.
