Michael has been the leader and owner of Dempsey Benefits since 1990. He has had the honor and privilege of working with an amazing team and hundreds of diverse clients.
Michael’s philosophy to be successful is to treat people the way you would desire to be treated while providing guidance, honesty and personal attention.
Michael’s favorite tasks are enrollment meetings as it allows him to interface with the employees we impact and teach them how to navigate the complex benefits world.
Michael has coached and played water polo many years and swims about 10 miles a week to keep his energy level up. To destress he practices yoga a couple times a week. Michael’s loves are Indiana University, his three kids, his life partner Heather, his dog and walks in nature, along with Dempsey Benefits.
